I've been reading this book, and it's really fabulous. It's the riveting story of Chantel Hobbs, who was tired of failed diets and created her own plan, resulting in a 200-pound weight loss and an appearance on Oprah.
Chantel shows how you can make the "brain change" that will enable you to lose weight and keep it off, taking back your life in the process. Her story is inspiring, and her advice is real and doable.
