The ACFW Book Club is discussing The Healer's Apprentice

The ACFW Book Club is discussing my book, The Healer's Apprentice, for the rest of this month! If you are interested in getting in on the discussion, go to the yahoo groups website and click "join this group."

It's so much fun to get to "listen in" on the discussion of my very own book, especially since I used to be the coordinator of this book club and I used to imagine how fun it would be to have people discussing my book! :-)

Argh! I am such a techno-klutz!!! It took my whole lunch hour to make a new yahoo account so I could join the acfw discussion. (and this isn't the first time I tried...I kept getting error messages.) Anyway, I joined the group but I can't find the discussion. There's just a lot of announcement posts from people who have giveaways on their blogs. Where is the disccussion thread???????

Kav, you should be getting the discussion emails in your inbox now. You can also go to the yahoo groups website for the book clubs and click Messages on the left side and it will show the last messages sent. All the ones sent today are about my book. People aren't allowed to make announcements starting today. They are only allowed to discuss the book, which cuts down on emails!

LOL Melanie, I'm so lost! I got into my email and read two comments...but if I sign into the yahoogroup and I scroll waaaayyyy down I see more. Where do I reply to the discussion? In my email or on the yahoogroup thread? If I respond in my email -- how do I make it go to the whole group only? When I click on reply all in the last email it sends it to the individual who wrote the email and the group...I think...but does that mean the first person gets my email twice?

Sorry for being such a dunce but I am excited to have found an online bookclub to join!!!!!

Kav, when you sign into the yahoogroup and go to Messages, the most recent comments will be at the very bottom.
If you hit Reply All, it goes to both the group and the member, but I don't think the member gets it twice. I'm not sure though. It used to be that if you hit Reply it went to the whole group, but they changed that.

And you can reply either in your email or on the website.
